Is 2010 a good time to invest in International real estate?

Traditionally real estate has proven to be the most reliable form of investment.  In the current economical climate investors should be more careful where they invest but for investors who make educated investment decisions it is possible to generate high returns with much lower risk exposure than in usual market conditions.  IPIN has worked hard to create strong strategic partnerships and provide members with innovative investment strategies that leverage the current liquidity crisis offering high returns with a low risk ratio.

How does IPIN generate revenue?

IPIN does not take any fees from members and does not inflate prices to generate revenue.  IPIN researches all offered investments carefully and commissions independent law firms to conduct due diligence on behalf of IPIN and its members.  Once a product is selected as a potential IPIN product IPIN will negotiate with the vendor, promoter or asset management company to achieve preferred terms for IPIN members based on the volume sales that an IPIN product can attract.  IPIN will then form a commercial agreement that means IPIN receives an agreed commission directly from the vendor that does not negatively affect the investors purchase price or terms in any way.  In most cases IPIN works with product exclusivity and does not offer product that is not at least on market neutral terms.

Who is IPIN operated by and where are the company headquaters?

IPIN and Propertyshowrooms.com are operated by Global Prospects SL.  A Spanish company with registration CIF - B 92621457 and registered address in Malaga, Spain.  The company is headquatered in a large public facing office at the address below and welcomes any members to visit for a face to face meeting with an available advisor.

Does IPIN guarantee its investment property products?

It is impossible for IPIN to guarantee investments that it recommends as they are being developed by 3rd parties around the world. However, IPIN does commission due diligence reports on every real-estate product by an independent law firm. In addition IPIN ensures, to the best of its ability, that all client funds are secure and not sent to the vendor before all paperwork required by the lawyer is in position - usually client funds will be sent to a lawyer’s / escrow account. IPIN also does not accept any client funds directly, your contract is direct with the developer, vendor or associated asset management company and all funds are transferred direct.

I would like to purchase land and construct myself or through my company. Can IPIN help?

Yes. In most locations, IPIN can offer a full consultation service, including finding suitable land and recommending construction and partners. In certain situations, IPIN can have an active role in shaping a project and offering it to investor members.

Why is a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Required?

IPIN works with various industry partners to offer members innovative investment solutions and strategies that are not available to the general public. These strategies require large volumes of custom research, valuable industry relationships, financial modelling and specific legal structures to be able to offer the completed investment product and their associated returns to IPIN members.

For this reason our various partners require that IPIN members sign a Non Disclosure Agreement. This agreement does NOT bind you to any future purchase or obligate you in any way other than to only use any information supplied in connection with your personal analysis of the investment solution(s) and to not disclose any of the proprietry information supplied with any third party.

The proprietry information supplied regarding a specific investment opportunity or strategy has been created by IPIN and / or its partners and the disclosure of this information could detract from the competitive advantage and unique nature of the solutions presented.
