What exactly is IPIN?

IPIN is originally an acronym for International Property Investment Network. It was originally created to provide real estate investors with a select few well-researched residential investments with independent due diligence commissioned from reputable law firms.  As IPIN and its membership grew and IPIN formed strategic partnerships with other market-leading companies, IPIN began to develop innovative and proprietary real estate-based investment strategies and offer them exclusively to members adding considerable value to the IPIN concept. Today IPIN consists of over 65,000 members from all corners of the world. To reflect the true international nature of the IPIN membership but retain the good name and brand equity already established, the International Property Investment Network was in 2011 rebranded to IPIN Global. Why should I join IPIN?

IPIN is able to offer various proven property-based investment strategies exclusively to members. IPIN believes that property is the most secure vehicle to build and sustain wealth, especially with the application of intelligent strategy and taking advantage of current market conditions to the advantage of the investor, thereby greatly reducing the risks typically associated with real estate investment. How does IPIN generate revenue?

IPIN generates revenue in various ways depending on the applied strategy. Under no circumstances does IPIN charge the investing member any fees or receive any investment funds directly. Any funds invested into IPIN strategies are sent directly to independent reputable law firms or escrow providers. IPIN is in some instances compensated by the developer via a negotiated commission and often operates a Relationship Agreement (RA) with investing members. Under the RA structure IPIN receives a transparent share of the generated profits ensuring that the goals of IPIN and the investing member are aligned at all times.

Why is there an NDA to sign?

IPIN and its strategic partners invest heavily in developing new business processes and investment strategies. In order to maintain a market advantage, protect the company's intellectual property and continue to be able to provide a unique proposition to IPIN members, only limited information regarding proprietary strategies are provided until an online NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) is completed.

High returns and low risk…That's too good to be true?

This is the reaction of many of our members until they take the time to understand how we are able to offer this. The short explanation is that IPIN have developed a strategy that will provide selected real estate developers with a much needed commodity that is currently often not achievable through traditional channels, namely finance. In many cases IPIN represents the difference between the developer being able to construct his project or it never starting. In exchange for providing this service to developers IPIN is able to negotiate very favourable contractual terms on behalf of members, whilst leaving the risk with the developer. Is IPIN regulated?

IPIN offers real estate opportunities to members and as such is not required to be regulated by any financial services or real estate organisation. IPIN actively chooses not to belong to any real estate related regulatory body as typically these are commercial entities that appear to offer no additional value to IPIN or its members. IPIN does operate and adhere to a transparent Members Charter to ensure members receive a professional and satisfactory service at every stage of their membership.

Can I come and see IPIN in person?

Of course. Any existing or potential IPIN member is welcome to visit the IPIN offices at any time.  We currently operate working hours from 10am to 9pm.

How have previous IPIN investments performed?
