This weeks blog post is one of few words, more reliant upon the following astonishing image.

This is a genuine screenshot from the front page of a google news section with the stories in the order as you see them at about 3pm Central European Time on Tuesday 7th of June.

Quite how such high level publications manage to reach entirely different conclusions in the space of a few hours is quite baffling.

Anyone wanting to explain this sadly amusing conundrum – answers on a postcard please (or in the comments section below).

The property industry is unsteady at the moment as it is, without more confusion from the press, be that based on a report or anecdotal evidence. The key to any successful investment is thorough due diligence.
