Three main industry reports released this year from CB Richard Ellis, Knight Frank and Price Waterhouse Coopers all took a closer look at the commercial property market performance for 2010. The latter two forecast predictions on how the market was likely to behave over the year.
The reports in question go into detail about the global property markets, however, we have concentrated on the main markets of the US and Europe. By analysing the results of all three reports the aim is to highlight the differences between opinion and fact, what was predicted and how the markets have actually performed so far this year...
