A US federal bankruptcy judge on Monday said that the estate of the late Jeffry Picower, an investor in Bernard Madoff's Ponzi scheme, is likely to reimburse the fraudster’s other clients to the tune of at least $2bn (€1.5bn), according to a report in The Wall Street Journal.
