The Landesberg and Rosenberg families have appointed Savills and Gerard Nolan and Partners to arrange a buyer for the St James’s Hotel and Club, the luxury venue they acquired for �20m (€23.4m) in 2005 from Sir Cyril Stein, according to a report in The Sunday Times, London.
