Brian Myerson and Proteus Property Partners, an affiliate of his Principal Capital group, are suing QVT for nearly 5m GBP (€5.8m) in unpaid performance bonuses after the hedge fund effectively took hold of South African Property Opportunities last year, according to a report in The Times, London.
