Government of Singapore Investment Corp., in a tie-up with US real-estate investment trust Host Hotels and Resorts, is said to be among the final bidders for Grosvenor House Hotel, put on the block by Royal Bank of Scotland for nearly GBP500m (EUR598.1m), according to a report in The Wall Street Journal.
