Bahrain-based property developer RealCapita is expected to complete its $200 million Amwaj Gateway project next year after a delay of more than six months due to the reluctance of banks to fund real estate projects in Bahrain because of the global financial crisis, Manama-based Al Wasat reports Wednesday citing an executive.
