Rip Off Report and IPIN Global
Very occasionally the reputation and ethical standing of a business is seriously called into question. The internet age now allows for this to be done completely anonymously and without any requirement for evidence to support any such negative claims.
Unfortunately, such a scenario has recently affected IPIN Global, with completely unfounded allegations made anonymously to the effect that IPIN Global is unethical, involved in dubious timeshare activities (IPIN Global is not, and has never been, involved in the timeshare industry), and essentially a scam or scheme to defraud investors of their money.
These allegations have been made on the Rip Off Report website and also cite other companies, individuals and business partners with whom IPIN Global has relationships.
Subsequently we have, in association with the other entities attacked, had no alternative but to pursue legal action to protect our respective reputations through the legal system.
All of the companies and individuals involved, (including IPIN Global) take these scam accusations very seriously and have taken all possible action to protect the companies from any additional negative activities.
Legal firms used in relation to the following services have been:
a) For legal counsel and the drafting of enforceable transactional documentation on behalf of IPIN Global and its partners:
b) For conveyancing services and transactions on behalf of investing IPIN Members:
Members are encouraged to satisfy themselves of the reputable standing of all legal entities, which can be verified through the Law Society of England and Wales (verified here) or Scotland (verified here).
IPIN Global Complaints Procedure and Members Charter

IPIN Global believes that it is how any issues are dealt with that is important. With respect to public business, the company operates a Members Charter
that clearly states how we operate and how a Member can expect to be treated, including our defined complaints procedure.
